A successful businesswoman from a wealthy family CATHY believes money is the most important aspect of life. ANDREW, sometime boyfriend, who CATHY finds sexually attractive, is struggling to make ends meet, constantly womanising and drinking.

CATHY tiring of ANDREW’S ways, makes what she believes to be an impossible bet. Being so confident ANDREW, would succumb, she tells him his reward if ANDREW succeeded he would own the house and have CATHY as well.’The Mirage’ is a romantic drama shot at 5 locations in Auckland, New Zealand.

The character of lead role CATHY is played by award winning actress ‘Rachel Nicholls’ and an upcoming talent ‘Derrick Olivier’ played the role of ‘ANDREW’.
